TL;DR
Odette is the other girl the eight Velvet client intros keep implying. She is not a cautionary tale and she is not a rescue plot. She has a plan with a figure attached, and her interest in you is whether you have one.
Her ending
Her arc closes on the night she leaves, and being there for it is its own achievement. She does not come back.
The rank scenes
The Velvet chain does not add a second number. Its rank scenes hang off the velvet_reputation you already carry there, at 3, 6 and 9, tracked by a bitmask so each one plays once. Vivienne picks up past relationship 5.
