TL;DR
Mara is a trainer at the Iron Temple and the gym-side woman of the Masculine Route’s three free dating partners (alongside Rachel and Cole). Her whole register is direct: she noticed you held your form when your arms were shaking, she keeps count of everything, and she does not do slow burns. You’re the top in this arc, with one explicit switch scene at stage 3, and none of it feminizes you.
How to match her
Mara only enters the GrindrR swipe pool once you’ve bought a gym membership (gym_member); her opening line assumes she’s watched you train for three days straight. There is no Femininity requirement on her profile or any of her stages (reqFem = 0), and she’s free content with no Patreon gate.
The real gate is presentation. Every stage opens with the same check: arrive wearing a chastity cage or feminine clothes (wearing_chastity or EquippedFeminine) and the date diverts to a decline scene instead. She clocks the held-back way you’re moving, tells you a body tells the truth long before the mouth does, and leaves the offer standing. No stat change, no stage advance.

Stage 1, the smoothie bar. Two cups already sweating on the counter at the Iron Temple. Arousal +3 from the conversation, then a fork: hold her gaze and ask her out properly (Arousal +2, sub_loss(1)), or keep it light and let her come to you. Either way she’s in.
Stage 2, her place. Spare apartment, chin-up bar in the doorframe. You back her into the wall and take the lead; she meets you stroke for stroke. Arousal +5, sub_loss(1), full relief at the climax.
Stage 3, sustaining. Repeatable. A dispatcher (dating_mara_cycle) rotates three variants and fires the dating_stage3 achievement on first completion:

Tips
Dating her never feminizes you
The arc is masc-affirming by design: there is no fem_gain anywhere in it, and the PC-lead beats run sub_loss(1), so regular dates actually nudge Submissiveness down. That makes Mara one of the few recurring intimacy sources that works WITH a low-Femininity run instead of against it.
She's reachable on any run, in theory
The masc-route partners sit in everyone’s swipe pool (since v0.2.8), not just masc-path runs. But the cage-and-clothes check at every stage head means a deep feminization run effectively locks her out: you’d need to be uncaged and out of feminine clothes for the date to happen. A declined date doesn’t burn your daily date slot or her cooldown.
